Our house has tradition. It was first mentioned in 1681 as a property of the Gengenbach monastery and has been in the family since 1867.
Our family has been running the Landgasthof zum Pflug for five generations. We are Waltraud and Rudolf Bitsch with our children. We were born with a talent for hospitality.
As a chef, Rudolf spoils the guests in the restaurant with seasonal Baden dishes.
Waltraud takes care of the well-being of holiday guests and regular guests and is always there for all guests.

Our family has lived and cultivated this philosophy since the establishment of the house. It is also passed on to the staff. Country Inn "Zum Kreuz" in Prinzbach
Here you will find absolutely outstanding cuisine, plenty of space and a large sun terrace that is a great way to end beautiful evenings. The Neumaier family, a young, successful and determined team, have created a gem at the beginning of the Prinzbachtal. Complemented with a recently built and excellent wood-only hotel "Speicher". There are only 6 rooms - but they are so beautifully furnished that you don't want to leave. An unsurpassed breakfast with very personal service completes the whole. Our first choice for you! (Please always book early, the house is very busy. The same applies to the restaurant - without a reservation it will be very difficult on Friday/Saturday/Sunday.
